Submit to Behind the Scenes for Social Media

“Behind the Scenes” albums showcase photos of events in the preparation stages: rehearsals, set building, artworks in process, etc. We want to show the community all the wonderful work that goes into your artworks, productions, and performances.

Before you get started – make sure you have an overall description of your event, five candid snapshots with copy to describe what is happening, and have your event on http://ArtsTampaBay.com.

Please: The AC will try to accommodate all requests, but we cannot guarantee a “Behind the Scenes” feature. This is a new process – let’s give it a shot!

AC "Behind the Scenes" Publicity Opportunity

  • Behind the Scenes Spotlight

"Behind the Scenes" showcases photos of events in the preparation stages: rehearsals, set building, artworks in process, etc. We want to let everyone in the community know what hard work goes in to creating an arts event!

Simply give us information on your event and five images of people working on putting the event together. Please note this is supposed to be a look "behind the scenes." We will not use flyers, showcards, etc.

  • Please give us a one paragraph description of your upcoming event. The paragraph you submit will be used to describe your "Behind the Scenes" album. Include the NAME of your organization, information about the EVENT (including dates, time, location, etc.) and (important) the link to your event on our calendar website ArtsTampaBay.com. (If your event is not yet listed on our site, please do that before you submit a "Behind the Scenes" listing).

Make it catchy! This is your chance to tell our community about what you do. The Arts Council reserves the right to edit as necessary. :)
