The Florida A&M University Foster-Tanner Fine Arts Gallery (Tallahassee, Florida) is accepting submissions for “PINNACLE National Juried Art Competition” until Friday, November 16, 2018. All media are eligible for submission. $1,000 will be awarded to the ‘Best in Show’ winner and cash prizes are awarded to first, second, and third place winners. All accepted entries in the PINNACLE exhibition will be featured in a full-color catalog.
The distinguished juror this year is William Cordova. Born in Lima, Peru, Cordova earned a BFA from the Art Institute of Chicago (1996) and an MFA from Yale University, New Haven (2004), and spent a year at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, Maine (2003).
Deadline to submit: All entries must be postmarked no later than Friday, November 16, 2018.
