Dangerous Lullabies IV is a group fine art exhibition showcased in Crystal Lake’s historic Dole Mansion for October 2018. This is the exhibition’s 4th year, back by popular demand.
Artists are invited to submit work that explores the curious allure of things that frighten us.
If you have work that is designed to examine the beauty found in the ashes of terror or the magnetic pull of work that is disturbing, on-edge or dark, this is the show for you.
All mediums will be accepted for consideration. 2D and 3D submissions are both welcome.
This national fine art exhibition will be set in a formal gallery space for the month of October. The building itself is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of famed circus owner, Al Ringling’s wife, Eliza. Opening night is 1st Friday and has a regular attendance of 1,000+ visitors.
Joe and Kathleen Isacson are the curators for this exhibition, working in partnership with the Lakeside Legacy Foundation.
The exhibition will be at the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park, NW of Chicago.
