An application workshop to explain changes to our Cultural Development Grant program and how to apply for a general program support grant from the Arts Council will be held Monday, May 15, 2017. Please RSVP below. Any 501(c)3, nonprofit arts organizations planning to apply for a 2017-18 grant must attend, including existing and prior grantees.
This first-step workshop is most appropriate for the individual responsible for writing the grant and/or the individual responsible for providing financial information. This is NOT a workshop on general grantwriting. It pertains specifically to the Arts Council’s Cultural Development Grant Program. Topics will include:
- the Arts Council’s grant process
- eligibility requirements
- financial/budget information required
- application’s proposal and narrative questions
- grant scoring guidelines
