The City of St. Petersburg, through the Police Department Public Art Project Committee (a subcommittee of the City’s Public Arts Commission), seeks to commission artist(s) or artists’ team(s) to design, construct and install (or provide instructions for an oversight over the installation in the event the City elects to install art to enhance the public spaces of the Police Headquarters Complex which is currently under construction in the EDGE district.
