April Networking

Please join the Arts Council at Franklin Street Fine Woodwork Studio & School in Tampa Heights for our June social and professional networking meetup on Wed., June 21, 6:30 pm.  If you are in the arts, this is a great opportunity to meet other artists, talk to other people who are involved in the arts and hear about two fascinating artists and their fine art woodworking studio.

We’ll talk about the craftsmanship and artistry of creating fine woodwork as well as get an up-close tour of the studio.  Their storefront in an historic 1920 “Yellow Brick Row” building on North Franklin St. features the latest designs, current sculptural pieces and is home to their private and group woodworking classes. Artist owners Carl Johnson and Kate Swann are our hosts.

Artists of all disciplines and arts groups are welcome at our meetups! Everyone gets a chance to introduce themselves and we encourage you to bring business cards to exchange and spread the word about the good work you’re doing.  Simply sign up below to allow us to better plan for the event.
